Walters main mistake is that this never mentioned convictions, if he'd been clever enough to read the article and understand it then it's more in his favour as these are people reported for domestic abuse not convicted of it.

Then again the proportion of people reported for domestic abuse in the UK is a tiny fraction of the population, these people, on average, are much more likely to be a low life than the average Brit or asylum seeker.

That 60% are hanging around with people who are probably abusing their wives, girlfriends, children or exes. (Because it's overwhelmingly men doing the abuse, even more when you look at reporting it to the police)
