RAD SIZE (BTU'S) ANYONE WITH A MEARS CALC HELP ME PLEASE!

I have 2 rads to fit for a friend.

1) In conservatory, with french doors fully double glazed one wall almost all brickwork. Size is 3 x 4 x 2.4metres (brickwork insulated)

2) In front room measuring 7m x 3m x 2.4m No external walls apart from the front which has a double glazed window.

I have tried a few calcs off the net all of which seem to vary. However i have heard that mears calcs are really accurate so if anyone could oblige id be grateful.
