radiant rsf 24 cutting out oer heating??

Radiant boiler about 8yr old never missed a beat till now up to now
changed the motorised head and the pcb.... still cuts out particularly when water is demanded sometimes is noisy sometimes quieter since pcb change can last all day without issue or 10 mins very fustrating!!! anyone got any ideas was thimking fan???? or Pump??
Has anyone had similar problems please help!
