radiater help and hot water

All my radiators are hot except one which is hot at bottom and cold at top.what can be problem?

Another problem is I had a carpet fitted last week the carpet fitter knocked a hole in pipe got a plumber out to fix it but since then we not really had any hot water

Could these be related?

But plumber did say after about a week bleed radiators.

you have to tell us we can't see the system and every system is different.

what boiler make/model have you ?
is it on the wall, behind a fire place ?

Also i am thinking when plumber asked where tank is when he fixed pipe he could of done something or not switched it back on

I can have no heating on but I get hot water but I have to have hw on with heating
