Radiator on, heating off

Hello,

Can someone help please?

The radiator in my hallway is constantly on (and I'm roasting!) despite the heating being off (setting are set to off and thermostat is all the way down). It does not have a TRV so I can't adjust the temperature.

I had a plumber come around twice to look at this (as the radiator in my bathroom wasn't working - that is suppose to have a TRV but that's broken, this was an issue before it broke). He adjusted all the radiators to "rebalance" the radiators which initially helped but now I have the same problem again.

I have a santon immersion system.

Any help appreciated! (I have looked over previous threads).

Sounds like the (a) diverter valve is stuck

Any chance of a pic of your pipework?

Get yourself another plumber this is a common problem and a half decent plumber should fix this easily
