Hi, I have a double radiator in my bathroom. For about 2 years the front panel warms up as normal but the back stays stone cold. Any ideas? Do you think simply bleeding it will help?

RADIATOR ONLY HALF HOT???

Just read a post from someone with same problem so they bled theres and to cut a long story short, most of their radiators are now cold after bleeeding them, AAGHH! 
If you recommend bleeding them, shall I turn system completely off and if so, how do I do this? Phew, sorry for all the questions
