Evening, would appreciate help with following prob ,just finished doing bathroom and original idea regards radiator was to take off original and replace with one of those fancy chrome ladder type ones anyhow ran into money probs and decided to refit old one and paint it. Anyhow refitted it ok and turned the two pipes either side of radiator and have found there is only heat at the bottom of radiator now and cold at top,have bled with brass tap thinking air was in ther but nothing not even water running out, any ideas,system is combi
