radiator problem

Recently flushed out central heating system(combi boiler)when refilled, 4 radiators out of 12 don't heat up properly or not at all.Have bled these radiators and even replaced TRV on one of them.NO difference.
Some one mentioned the expression "balancing the system".Can you help?

close the ones that are hot and get the cold ones running and the air out of system. then open them back up to get all rads even temp.

then use google for balancing rads or i'll be all night
