Radiator problem

I have just partially drained my system(closed the radiators) to move a radiator pipe. When i filled the system back up the radiator closest to combi boiler wont get hot but all the others upstairs and downstairs do.

I could,nt turn off this radiator as return valve stuck(in open position) so this was also drained

The radiator in question also has a trv on i have had the top off it and pressed pin a few times but no joy.

could this be a balancing problem? any ideas

Sounds like a stuck or blocked valve.

I dont understand what you are trying to say about it.

Take rad off and see what happens when you open each valve in turn ( into a bucket !!! )

If the valve is stuck, replace it. it is there for a reason
