Radiator problem

Hi,

Have a closed system with a combi boiler. Recently had a new rad and some thermostats fitted. Afterwards many rads were cold at top but hot at bottom so bled each and re-pressurised the system. All but one rad is now hot - it is still cold on top but when I bleed it water comes out immediately, no hissing of air. Any ideas on what to do?

Check both ends of the rad is open. As with one end closed will mean no flow, no heat.

Both ends are definitely open.

If both ends are open then it means your system needs to be balanced.
