Radiator valve leak HELP

Hi all, noticed some water on the floor this morning and seems like it is coming from were the water pipe (plastic) connects to the bottom of the radiator valve, just wondering if it will just need a new valve fitting and whats the best way to go about it? I'll attach a picture any help is appreciated.

Try nipping it up while holding the valve still with footprints, pump pliers or the like

Also remove the head to make sure it's not leaking from the gland nut, if it is nip that up too
