i have a glow worm boiler, graundfos pump and honeywell 3 way valve. when only ch is on all radiators get hot. when ch and hw are on only the upstairs radiators get hot, all downstairs cold. i have drained and flushed the system and bleed. removed the 3 way motor and checked the operation of both parts, they work fine. has anyone got any ideas?
