radiators getting hot when hot water is running

Hi can anyone give me any ideas as to whats wrong with my Ideal Isar HE35 combination condensing boiler. Have had this new system installed for just over 2yrs, only few days ago noticed that rads where coming on when heating was off and thermostat turned down and this only happens when the hot water tap is running. Any info much appreciated

DV definately. Call out Ideal on their fixed price repair, £180. Last one I changed cost the customer about £230.

Your one of the lucky ones, usually goes after about a year, then every year
