radiators go cold with ch and hw switched on

ok here we go - hw and ch swtiched on ,boiler fires up water gets hot ,rads get hot all is well .
when water gets to temp , boiler light goes to orange radiators go cool .

only one motorised valve and it noisy

thanks was hoping it was going to be the motorised valve so i could change it myself
