Hi,

I am a first time buyer and have just moved into our new home. We have noticed that all but one of the radiators wont heat up. The only one that is heating up is in the Bathroom (which is the closest one to the boiler).

We have tried bleeding a couple of the other radiators but still no luck.

We know that the radiators were functioning at some point as they were on when we viewed the house!

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

the bathroom rad is more likely a bypass rad.

give more infor on the boiler, system type etc.

is the boiler firing up when just heating selected ?

Your times is probably set for DHW only.
Try turning the DHW off, CH on, and the roomstat on max

The boiler is a Servowarm Elite30, with a tank in the attic.

It is currently set on heating which does both heating/hot water.

Yes the boiler fires up fine.

They tend to stick when the system gets dirty. Try to move the lever back and forth without using much force. If you can't do it, stick a bottle of cleaner in.

Fantastic! Now getting heat to all the radiators, thanks for your help!
