radiators not working

hi,

my friend has a relatively new boiler and all the radiators work fine, except two upstairs, the other two upstairs are working fine,

what should my method of approach be to find the problem..

Turn all the radiators off that work and see whether the two that don't start working

Check both valves are open,check if TRV pin stuck, bleed them and then as above
