Radiators too hot

The last few days our radiators have suddenly started running ridiculously hot. I've turned down the boiler temp but this hasn't done anything (Potterton Suprima HE). Any ideas what could be wrong and is this dangerous? Thanks

Most likely a broken boiler thermostat. Definitely something that needs looking at
