Radiators

Hi first time posting on here,

Am in the process of modernising my kitchen which measures 11' 7'(3.5m x 2.136m), at present radiator is 6' long taking up all one wall, to free up space what would be the smallest radiator I could use to heat this area.

Also want to change one in the lounge which is 19'x 13' (5.8m x 4m) at present have double radiator which is 7'3'long.

Both are about 30 years old.
