radio code needed after battery change

Hi guys im just after changing the battery in my 2004 ford focus estate 1.8 diesel and now the radio wont work it just says code and in the manual it says it has to be retuned and a code is needed which i dont have. (i dont have the audio guide either) Help needed

What is the radio model?

Can you get the serial no off of it?
