Rads not fully heating up / taking ages .... range rated boi

Sorry while i'm on here can i ask a simple gas question :

I have a range rated boiler - and it seems like it struggles to heat up all my rads fully, we have had 2 added in the summer though. I was thinking it could be the boiler stat set too low, but this is now at top range setting.

Could it be the burner pressure on the gas valve is set too low and needs turning up a bit ...? This would then make the boiler burn more gas and thus heat up the rads quicker/fully?

ok fair enough. was just wondering if i could check myself if i got a U-Gauge and some ldf (for testing nipple/screw was fully in afterwards).
