I thought I would try this this morning.
With CH off and with system calling for DHW, the boiler fires and runs upto temperature. It then modulates down and continues to run while cylinder stat is calling for heat.
If I then call for CH as well, the boiler goes back to its cycling.
Therefore, it only cycles when calling for CH regardless as to what the DHW is doing.
So, still a lack of flow? Air or sludge?
X400 been in 2 or 3 days. Radiators bled daily - no air comes out at all.
