Rainwater strap boss?

The usual way that is done is to use a "Y" branch connector and an internal reducing fitting which I think are available for several different sizes but certainly for 2" rainwater which could probably be rubber reducer reduced to the smaller waste sizes.

82mm (3") would be less obtrusive then 110mm, but then presents the issue of connecting the 68mm downpipe. 68-110mm adaptors widely available, not aware of a 68-82mm though. :?
