So that I can quote installation costs over the phone without visiting I have to ask questions which give me an idea of what water treatment may be required.
That charge will cover water treatment as required but if I identify that a power flush will definately be required then I might add a little more. But providing my questions have been answered correctly and there is no serious evidence of a blocked system then it covers power flushing. The effective extra time this takes is averaged over several installations.
I usually make a visit when the budgetary quote has been accepted to confirm the price and look at the water from a bleed screw etc.
