Only 2 year old, hot water works great, heating runs for about 5-10 secs and switches off, then tries again. Doesn't stop on and keeps repeating htis cycle untill you turn off manually.

Again water works fine.

Any ideas ??

hi it sounds like the C H temp sensor is faulty it can be checked out it should be 20k ohms cold or room temp to 5 kohms at 82 degs max temp heating thermister is a primary thermister

cheers gasmick, thought it might be, its the new dry clip on type, easy to change.
Also had a thought about the fan running on low speed not keeping APS open?
I'll try the sensor with my multi meter tomorrow. cheers.
