Ravenheat CSI 85 still burns gas/heats domestic water

Ravenheat CSI 85 still burns gas/heats domestic water even if the hot water tap is turned off. There's no temperature stabilisation and there's no difference in what position is winter/summer main selector switch. The pomp doesn't work when it's on summer position and water is boiling. Can somebody tell me where's the problem - in the ignition board or the control board or somwhere else?

sounds like water flow switch is stuck

IMO this is a professional job to sort so i will now shut up and leave it to water systems to call me a fool etc etc...
