ravenheat csi85t 780 ch problem

hi there ive got a problem with my 2 year old ravenheat csi85t 780 series boiler when i put the heat ing on it only warms the house to around 18deg the thermostat on the wall is still asking for heat and the boiler still sounds like its working but the burner is out after about 10 mins the boiler lights agian and stays on for about 5 mins then it goes off again it will do this all day . up to now ive replaced the thermistor sensor the overheat thermostat sensor and the ch sensor any help would be great
