I am desparate for help - my missus is going to kill me if she can't have a shower after this weekend !!!

My Ravenheat RSF 25/25E seems to have a problem - whenever the boiler switches on (DHW or CH) the boiler fires and then immediately switches off, then fires, and then switches off etc etc etc. All you can hear is a a sould which I can only describe as a "WHOOSH" every time this occurs.

Does anyone know what this could be or has the service manual ???

Anything please ?
