My boiler is ravenheat rsf 10/25 combi boiler.It is about 10 year old.
Fires up intermittently.Boiler operates by 2 switches on wall 1st. operates power the other is a timer switch.On switching on main power switch the pump is running all the time.l know there is a problem with the timer because sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.l am in the process of having new timer fitted.
Regardless of whether the timer is working or not.The boiler refuses to fire up when asking for hot water or heating.
However occasionally the boiler will fire up and continues to supply hot water and heating untill it is switched off manually.But the next time l switch on it won't fire up.
Can anyone please give me any ideas as to what the problem might be.
