just found this site, impressed!
I have alittle problem that you may help me with, my combi boiler pilot light is out could someone be kind enough to tell me the proceedure to get it going again.
not had much trouble with this before just woke up this morning and cold shower! not nice.

Depends wether permanent pilot or not. If it is press the gas control knob fully in, fan starts @ high speed after about 10 secs ign starts & pilot is ignited Keep button pressed in for a further 30 secs & pilot should stay lit. If it isn't permanent pilot then turn on tap ( or c/htg ) & observe through viewing window what is happening

I dont think this one has a permanent pilot.

There is probably a fault!!!

there isn't a permanet pilot, I've tried turning the hot water tap on and pressing the reset button but to no avail
