Ravenheat The white star........ dead

just been to a call out 2day

ravenheat white star Gc No 47 581 30

there is gas and power getting to the boiler
little green light comes on and clock has power

run the hot tap.... nothing boiler does not fire up..
try to turn the boiler on for CH ... just makes a click.. nothing

as usual no manufacturer instructions.. trying to find them online but not much luck..

i've got gas coming into gas valve..

at first i thought it might be the thirmister until he said no CH aswell.. now i'm thinking maybe gas valve or pcb???

all ideas welcome ...

If you are CORGI registered and working at repairing boilers then I would have expected that you would at least have some idea of what you could start to check.

I will mention the pump but as I dont think you are registered, I probably will not be able to go much further.

You say that you have measured the gas into the valve but as you dont seem to be CORGI registered then you should not have done that!
