Ravernheat rsf 84et

Hi all

Ive been to look at the ravernheat rsf 84et, the DHW runs a a constant luke warm. I've read quite a few previous DHW problems but all are directed at boiler going hot and cold, this one is a constant Luke warm the flow is above 3.5ltr. The pin is pushing against the micro switch when dhw is called for and retracts fine when finished.

Any help would be appreciated.

I also resistance check the dhw thermistor and appeared to be rising and falling when hot and cold. Could it be the potentiometer.

check the flow pipe from the boiler to see if its getting hot, it might be a sticking diverter valve.
