RC Plus Thermostat to Tado Smart Thermostat

Hi All

I currently have a British Gas RC Plus Thermostat and i am looking to install a Tado Smart Thermostat. Has anyone ever installed one of these? Will i have a receiver somewhere in the house that would need the Tado wiring into as the RC Plus is already a wireless thermostat?
 
Yes, you'll need to replace the RC Plus receiver with a Tado receiver. They aren't very user-friendly.
