Can anyone assist?
I have a chimney which I wish to re-instate, as I have bought a log burning stove. The chimney is intact behind the stove in the lounge, but the chimney has been chopped and lowered beneath the roofline. If I go into the eves of the property I can see it. I am relatively confident in doing the brickwork, but I am nervous about how to do the lead flashing work , where the chimney would "come through" the roofline.
What do I need and how difficult is it to do?
Thanks,
