re-power flushing

Fair enough. But you will also be aware from reading on here that BGas are viewed as being quite pricey, and not necessarily always as good as a local independent.

Without wishing to labour the point too much, your opening post did seem to be referring to powerflushing and not DIY desludgers etc. With reference to this (at long last I hear you sigh), you don't need to be registered to clean out your own system prior to a new boiler installation. However, it would be worthwhile ensuring that whoever you choose to fit the boiler will be happy with this arrangement.

Biasi dont care who has fitted the boiler ,they will attend the repair.Alot of times they do like to blame the installer, even though these agents have been told not to and get the repair done and out as quick as possible, they are suppose to speak to the installer not slag them off to the customer
I agree.
Some biasi u.k ,service agents are totally incapable of turning up , with out slagging off the installer , its a case of finding something , anything wrong , & are probably dissapointed if they dont , it appears to be a biasi u.k policy ?? some of them also have a particular talent were bye they can tell if water is corrosive merely by sniffing it .

Transam i can assure you its not the policy of Biasi uk,they recommend if there are minor errors then just to repair them at their cost

There were certain service agents who would charge a fee before even going out on their credit machine, this has been put a stop to

When you read some of the stuff TONY AGILE writes here calling others numpties and trying to imply he is the only one who does the job properly then yes i can understand there will be a few like him out there ,who for their own importance will slag of the installer to the customer
I can understand why people like him cause a major problem for Biasi who use service agents and yes they are trying to dosomething about it,they have been told and warned on training days and if you have any issues then call Biasi technical and report the agent with your problems ask to speak to the MD

Happyplumber .
Thanks for the response , but we have complained to biasi u.k in writing on numerous occasions , I had a letter from the than M.D of biasi U.K a mr . P.B , who informed me as to biasi's policy , concerning service agents , & in-warranty faults , the only trouble with it was , either the service agents & certain employees of biasi dont know about it , are ignoring it or the letter was in-accurate , I have long been of the opinion that some of there service agents are running a scam , I am currently dealing with a particular issue with biasi u.k , which is on going .
I have often wondered what agile's relationship is with biasi U.K ??

Keep it up buddy and if you get stuck pehaps send me PM and i will see what can do to help

Tony is just another service agent one of the many they have all over the country

:) happyplumber thanks for the imfo' I always suspected that he was . Biasi u.k have in my opinion , been turning a deaf ear & a blind eye to what has been going on with some of there service agents for far to long , some time ago a particular person at biasi informed me in writing that if I persist in my letters they will pass them on to (& I quote) there legal reps'. They were told that I will be looking foward to hearing from them .
No response from them . They think that I have gone away , there wrong !
I will let you know how I get on !
