Re-pressurising issue Worcester Bosch 240

I have put a radiator back on the system after decorating. The pressure on the boiler dropped to zero. I have attached the silver braided filling hose but when I turn the black knob to fill the system nothing happens. The black knob keeps spinning but no water comes out. I have even unattached the opposite end to the black knob to see if water comes out, but no.
Can anybody help please?

If you turn the knob, it spins endlessly and still no water, I would guess it could potentially be an option that the valve is not working 100% correctly

Thanks for the reply.

I guessed the valve may have stuck. I tried it this morning before I came to work and it worked perfectly so I don't know what was going on with it last night.
