Have a flat with a leaking bathroom. When we have a shower, water leaks to below flat. Now the grouting has a mould along the bath. We have to climb over the bath to have a shower.
We just put the tiles around the bath only two years ago. Now is it better to re-grout or just strip all the tiles and re-tile everything?
Other option is to install shower wall panels, as this would have less chance of water leaks, as opposed to having tiles, which can have cracks between the tiles or around the bath seals.
