Loud clunking noise from back of van - inspected and the tops of the shock absorbers are rattling around on the bolts that hold them to the body. The rubber mounts have virtually gone aswell (hence the clunking).

When I buy new shocks, will I get the rubber mounts with them in a kit, or do I have to ask for them and what are they called?

Also, will I need new bolts, as they may have been damaged by the metal on metal contact and what are they called?

thanks in advance for any help (much needed)

Should come as a kit (check before buying)
First of all, check the price from a Ford agent Spares Dept. then from any motor factors or motorist shop for the shockers. The bolts will need to come from Fords.Just explain which ones you need.
