Recently installed heat exchanger

Hi,

We had a heat exchanger fitted to a biasi boiler 2 months ago but the boiler has now completely died. I'm now having a worcester fitted instead!Can I sell the nearly new heat exchanger as a second hand item or is this not the done thing? We also had a valve fitted which diverts between hot water and central heating, so this could probably be sold as well. It's a combi boiler by the way.

Any info would be appreciated so that we can reduce the overall cost of the install.

You are entitled to sell spares. There are many such instances on that well known auction site. Be realistic about the asking price.
