Recessed shower valve help needed!

Leaking mixer from the top handle, new cartridge presumably required. No name cheap Chinese stuff no doubt!
Stupidly tiled in, can't see any way loosening might be possible! Can't see any recessed hex or flats for a box spanner etc.
I'm sure I'll need a plumber but after some independent thoughts before someone insists on tiles off! (Tiles are huge and go beyond the shower enclosure )

Have you tried to identify using google image search. You could perhaps send image to Showerdoc and ask if they can help.

Angle grinder with tile blade could be use to remove more tile around fitting as long as you stay inside the area covered by the wall plate to enable a seal.

Thank you! Request sent to Shower Doc, and yes I'd considered cutting and bigger window on the tiling so will do that in the meantime
