Recirculating kitchen extractors

As per the title, are these ever any good.
The only route out of our kitchen to outside is approx 6m with 3 x 90 degree bends so a complete waste of time.
I've been looking at this one

It's a lot of money which I don't mind paying if it's gonna be effective but I don't know a lot about them

No they are rubbish.

Even the "good" ones the maintenance is ridiculous.

6m is not problematic if you have the space for inline fan.
