I have a recording studio set up in my wooden built shed. I am advised that because of the equipment (PC and electronic musical instruments), I need air conditioning in the hot weather and a thermostatic heater in the winter months.
Can anyone suggest the appropriatte stuff for a room that is 12' x 9' with carpeted floor and walls, over a plywood internal structure?

I will take it that this shed is insulated and "habitable", so to speak, and not your average single skin shiplap-clad shed. Heat pumps are recommended where you need heat and cooling - they are an all-in-one solution, and very efficient at heating - up to 500%.
