I have finished stripping old wallpaper from my walls and the old plaster underneath is in reasonably good condition. A few hairline cracks and some bits where the original paint has come off with the wallpaper.
Nothing that needs any sort of special filler coats.
I'm looking to paint and if the finish isn't good enough I'll probably liner and paint over.
Can anyone recommend a good base coat paint that will smooth out any small imperfections? Preferably water based. Theres a mix of bare plaster and paint finish?
