Could anyone tell me how to remove red brick dust stains from a beige carpet please?

Thanks for the reply. I tried that as soon as it happened but the red staining has remained. There does not seem to be any dust left, just the stain. This has never been a problem before as it normally comes up with a vacuum cleaner, the carpet is only a couple of days old and the dust slipped by the dust sheet.

Had the same problem.

Get a spray can of 1001 Spot remover.

Ignore the instructions on the side of the can, and soak the affected area with this spray, then make sure you have a wet and dry vacuum, NOT A NORMAL VACUUM CLEANER, it HAS to be a wet and dry.

Let it soak in for a couple of minutes, then vacuum up, you may have to do this several times.

The cans of spray cost about £5.00.

It has worked for me on several occasions, best of luck.
