Could someone advise please. I've had a new condensing combo firebird boiler fitted but the hot water coming out of the taps will take your skin off, how do you reduce the water temp? Many thanks [/b]

When i find them, I will do that. House is just finished so everything is up in the air......

Have you tried reading the user instructions.

Terry, the first thing the installer done when he opened the box was to throw away the instructions, as any good tradesman would tell you 'I don't need them, I've fitted hundreds of these. :D

The water temperature is controlled by the Thermostatic mixing valve.

There is no adjustable thermostat.

It is possible that the thermaststic mixer valve has been fitted incorrestly.
