Hi,

I have read a couple of posts ref refilling a sealed system but cannot find one that explains it in great detail. I have moved 2 rads and installed another in a new front room. I now need to refill. I will be putting some Fernox in first. Can anyone give me a step by step of what to do next.

Some of the posts say to fill to 1 or 1.5 bar and bleed rads but do I start with all bleed points open and close as each rad is filled up or do I start with all closed and do 1 rad at a time working from nearest to furthest?

Also is there anything checks I need to do before I start repressurising?

Help much appreciated

I would leave out the fernox until you have tested the new/moved rads under pressure.

How should I do that? Close all bleed valves and refill to 1.5 bar and look for leaks or will I need to bleed as well
