I will be refilling my system this weekend. Can someone tell me if I have the following correct?

To flush system:
Close all bleed valves on the rads.
close pressure release valve and then open by turning one full turn
fill system to 1 - 1.5 bar
bleed rads starting with lowest on system.
top up pressure as you go.
drain system.

To refill once flushed:
Add inhibitor to a rad
Close all bleed valves on the rads.
close pressure release valve and then open by turning one full turn
fill system to 1 - 1.5 bar
bleed rads starting with lowest on system.
top up pressure as you go.
run heating for 5 - 10 mins - check pressure and top up
bleed rads as necessary.

It depends why it was drained!
It might need a flushing agent if there's any soldering flux in there.

DON'T TOUCH the pressure relief valve or it'll leak. If you mean the auto air vent, just leave it a turn open, no need to close it ever.

It was drained to move a rad and fit 2 new ones in hall and new room.

No solder flux as all connections to rads are straight into valves with 15mm to 10mm reducers. Also connection to 2 x new manifolds is push fit.

So other than Pressure release valve have I got it about right??

Only going to flush through as new rads.

:)
