hello. i have a worcester 25 rsf. could anyone advise me how to refill. i have the white charging key . do i stick it in so it fits into slots and turn it clockwise 180oC?not clear on instructions thanks

Thats correct. Make sure key is locked in place, then there is a small round tap that needs to be opened. You can hear water entering boiler and you also need to watch pressure gauge. 1bar will be ok.
Once you have 1bar turn off tap and remove key by turning it and gently pulling downwards, (there will be a small amount of water when key is removed)

key doesnt lock in place just turns arounds in the link enlessly. opened tap and can hear water flowing but gauge not increasing!

Not as fast a filler as a regular filling loop. if its on zero pressure u may have lost a lot of water so may fill for up to 60 seconds b4 gauge rises. gauge may be faulty or water may be escaping some where?
