Reform party ditch all the tax cuts they promised

Over 40 million people visited UK in 2024 spending over £30 billion.

Spline doesn't want them here.

****** of the week.

You are sick...you are one of the worst people on the forum. Nearly as bad as Notch although not as noticeable. Insidious; your every post is heavily critical of Britain and its people, shame on you. No claim that immigrants make a net contrubution to Britain can ever be true when public debt is at 3 trilllions., much of it paying natives and immigrants not to work. There are 50 million muslims in Europe, 40 million of those live on public money.
Trolling lies

Spline knows it’s lies.

Reform better get used to this, because as they say, the more established a political party becomes, the more it is scrutinised. Even more so if the party is making a bid for government.

They'll be no better than the others for this sort of stuff. Whether they'll be worse remains to be seen.

They've been exposed a lot lately

Won't take long to be seen

Reform council wants to spend £75,000 on flags.

Price per flag = £475

Reform the party that campaigned on cutting waste in councils…….

It is really, really hard not to be rude about this bunch of thieving, lying shysters. Having them in power could be even worse than Tories stealing our money and giving it to their mates.

reform will fade into the past eventually, long before the next general election
at present labour and the conservatives are seen by some as lying and cant be trusted
most people dont like so much negativity in politics

any body with children and most hard working people are on the benefits
reform think they can drastically reducethe benefits bill [but most are untouchable as a legal requirement by law that they have zero control over]
eventually things will start to become clearer with reform being proved to be manipulative dishonest and promising the world to everybody with no downsides

with around 80-85% off local council spending being set in statute off law and un able to be altered or reducuced there fantasy and extremely negative politics will alienate a lot off the protest vote they attract

I heard reports that Reform councillors actually believed their own schtick and really thought that when they took control of councils they would would find millions of pounds of waste easily.

And then when they actually were in charge, they discovered councils are really really tight for money and there’s no lean anywhere, it’s already overstretched.

But my biggest worry is that Reforms massive failures in local govt are not getting the media attention they should…..we are seeing the popularity of Reform built on media manipulation.

deform have many a racist in their party, and regularly one or more of them reinforces that fact...

The latest outburst

"it drives me mad when I see adverts full of black people, full of Asian people"

The problem with 'scrutiny' is that it doesn't matter to those who follow them and hold similar views ;)

And ironically the msm have been very slow on reporting this.

Yes it's been in the news, but somebody has kept it out the headlines for a while, quite well

yeah, thisis the biggest concern. Political parties like Reform are learning from America's Trump and using marketing very well to make people believe that they are the next best solution. Nobody can actually say why they want to vote reform, other than by repeating the soundbites they've seen in countless adverts and promotions.

Britain is not broken.
The boats are no bigger problem than the lorries were.

The tax cuts were always a false promise used to generate votes, as anybody paying attention knew.

Tice also said that plans to drop the income tax threshold to £20,000 will become an “aspiration”

Note that these promises were pushed over this summer when they were riding high in the polls

They are still promising to reduce spending…..but Reform councils have already dropped such claims, so Reform can’t be trusted on that either.

Talking of promises, you think Labour will stand by their promise not to rise taxes for "working people" in the upcoming autumn budget or will they be shown up to be liars?
