Reform Policies

Why would he need a choice?
To avoid the accusation of racism, and to see if he's OK with it, of course.
If he was 4 foot tall would you call him Tiny, without his permission, ot without knowing he was comfortable with it?

Yes, we have a chap who sweeps the yard and keeps it in order who is only 5ft tall, we call him Tiny Tim.

Proves nothing of the sort, a succesful claim does not prove that the accused has racist views.
The nickname only has to have racial connotations. Of course someone can "tolerate" it for years and still find it offensive.
If the nickname has racial connotations, and someone has tolerated it for a long time, and finds it offensive, there's been racist abuse.

Your scenario is fantasy.

I'll ask again - How can an alleged victim of racism, win a pay-out if there is NO racism?

Your answer is as said, anything anyone replies to you is the same old from you.. Booooring

I think the forum trolls are struggling with the idea, that someone can have a nickname that they are perfectly ok with, and has no malice behind it and do not regard as racist, sexist etc at the time, but when they find themselves looking at unemployment due to their failure to perform, suddenly find it to be a great angle to secure a payout.

Its no more complex than that.

But the Dummies want to go in circles.
