Hi, I fit a new Reginox Virage pull out tap to my kitchen sink in August 2019 (4 months old).
I have had no problems until tonight I have gone to pull the lever to get water out and neither cold or hot water will come out.
I have removed the spray faucet and there is lots of water pressure on both hot and cold supply.
When I put the faucet back on it instantly pressurizes and blocks up.
There is nothing to take to bits that I can see.
Any ideas?

I take it you have inspected the aerator (spray faucet)? Any check valves installed?

Hi, I can get a needle into the aerator and it turns easily, there is a turbine within the faucet that when it turns gives off a colour dependant on the temp of the water, this also turns easily. Other than that the faucet looks like a sealed unit that I can't get in to, as you can see in the pictures.

Any other photos of whole tap assembly and pipework?

Photo with cold water coming out, another with hot water coming out and a third photo just of the tap.
Excuse the cloth and elastic bands, they are just to stop the flexi pipe retracting back into the housing.
The lever isn't even at half pressure as the water would be all over.

I’m wondering if there’s a kink in the pipe.
